2. Products & Description

We specialise in delicate and intimate garments. Due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing batches, slight colour or texture differences may occur and do not qualify as defects.

All products are sold subject to availability.

 

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already paid for.

 

4. Orders

An order is only confirmed once payment is received in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, stock errors, or system errors.

If cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

 

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments via approved payment providers. Orders will not be processed until payment reflects successfully.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk passes to the customer once handed to the courier.

 

7. No Returns or Refunds (Intimate Wear Policy)

Due to hygiene regulations applicable to intimate apparel: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any product sold by Cooch.

 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 48 hours with photos and order number. Replacement only — no refunds.

 

9. Care Instructions

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or normal wear and tear. Hand wash recommended.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content and designs belong to COOCH.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect loss, allergies, misuse, or courier loss after dispatch.

 

12. Privacy

Customer information is used only for order processing and communication.

 

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law.
